Images assembled.
Hood's collage work began with a simple observation: traditional photography is limited to a fraction of a moment. What the eye cannot see became the question the work has been answering ever since. Built from her own photographs of landscape and place, Hood layers and fragments digital information into new works. Organized yet chaotic, the work has shifted across eleven years without settling into a single definition. Images assembled. An evolving visual language.
